The Pittsburgh Expansion Project overhauls and expands on the Pitt DLC and aims to add more content along with more things to see explore and kill along with repairing afew problems with the dlc in the first place, that being objects not placed right and things not working correctly and basically Bethesda being really lazy not even texturing the ground which you can explore and see for yourself, I have added more interiors which are navmeshed up and you can also find a player home (Room 77) in uptown just before you head to Ashurs tower. Or even things to explore and find. This sea overhaul is also compatible with Fallout 3 Rebirth.
Redoes the entire sea floor found in Fallout 3, No more flat shallow sea floor now behold dark and deep sea floors layed with details and things to discover. The mod completely reworks the flat sea floor, left over by bethesda because they cant work time onto the sea floor i did it for then and originally they only used 4 different types of rocks, hardly any rocks, rocks not even rotated, and nothing to find. Visually overhauls 95% of all the exterior locations making them seem less empty and more lived in before the bombs dropped and everyone started to panic, this overhaul also works on the raiders making the outposts look more like compounds and increases the number along with two raider bosses, As well as improving the super mutant camps. GOTY Shadow Edition is basically a compiled version of Fallout 3 Rebirth, Below The Depths and The Pittsburgh Expansion Project, This isn't a fully merged mod its just easier for those to install, if you would like to see some more in depth pictures of the mods then i would recommend looking then up as there is just too many to upload.
